Smokey has been restricted to the Tout Forum even though he has NOT offered or asked for ANY business in the sports forums. He has NOT broken the tout rules while another respected and known handicapper has posted his plays with NO restrictions. The only reason that I can come up with for the treatment of Smokey is WSEX, an RX advertiser, is behind it for Smokey bringing the issue of the horse race payouts to the RX. OBTW, Smokey was finally paid 11k from WSEX. LT

The bottom line here is Smokey Wins operates a sports service that sells football picks which by Rx. policy precludes him from posting in our sport forums. Saying WSEX or any other Rx. sponser has anything to do with this is ludicrous. I am having the same dispute by private email with Kodiak.

TT, you have to come up with something better than that. That was Smokey and duke of Earl going back and forth. Show me where he is actively advertising and ASKING for clients. You guys have a harder hard on for Smokey than any other supposed tout. LT
